I spent 18 years in enterprise tech running senior leadership programs at Fortune 500 scale. I left to buy a franchise. The franchise closed. I lost money I will not see again.
What came after was harder than the closure. Rebuilding with no team, no playbook, no master franchisor telling me what to do. What I learned is that most operators face two decisions, and most of us face them in the wrong order with the wrong information. The Operator's Edge is the framework I built to answer both. The two products underneath this brand (Franchise Caliber and The SUI Method) came out of executing it.
